Responsible Gambling
Gambling can lead to financial and personal problems. It should be treated as entertainment, not a way to earn money or pay off debts. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Set limits on money and time
Setting a budget and a time limit can help you keep track of how much you spend and how long you play. Never gamble with money needed for rent, bills or everyday living expenses. Placing more bets does not guarantee that you will win back your losses.
At Fugu, you can arrange deposit limits and other restrictions through our support team.
Take a break or self-exclude
You can request a break from gambling or self-exclusion from Customer Support at [email protected]. Include your account details and the period you want. If your gambling behaviour is the reason, make this clear in your request.
You must not bypass an existing exclusion by opening a second account.
Recognise the warning signs
If you find yourself playing more often or staking more than you planned, trying to win back losses or hiding your gambling from others, it is worth taking a break. Borrowing money to gamble or neglecting your responsibilities can also be warning signs.
